By checking the box, the bidder agrees that it will be bound by the bid price submitted and by the terms, conditions and obligations of transactions entered subsequent to submission of bid which shall be deemed for all purposes to have been signed by bidder. Bidder further represents that it has sufficient credit to adequately perform its obligations, and that it has read and understood the Terms & Conditions found on www.SoCalGas.com/termsConditions which govern bidder’s use of the auction Web site. The services offered by SCG shall be subject to the terms and conditions of SCG’s Tariff Rate Schedule G-TBS and other applicable Tariff Rules, as each may be in effect from time to time.

Without limiting any provisions of the terms and conditions governing bidder’s use of the auction Web site or any applicable agreement or tariff, Bidder agrees that SCG is not responsible for any failure, error, interruption, omission, mistake, malfunction or delay of the auction system that prevents a full and complete auction from being conducted and understands that its bid is subject to a completed auction process. SCG reserves the right at any time and in its sole discretion 1) to reject any or all of the submitted bids, 2) to suspend or terminate a bidder’s access to the auction system, or 3) to modify or suspend the auction system or gas storage auctions.
